Alex joined Cortland Credit Group in April 2021, bringing more than 14 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Banking. In his previous role, he was a Regional Director with RBC Royal Bank, leading the Public Sector finance strategy for Ontario. Prior to that, he held senior lending roles at RBC as a Relationship Manager supporting various sectors, such as consumer and retail products, supply chain and diversified industries.

Alex earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2016, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2014 and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph in 2007
